JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties through video conferencing.

(2.) The present petition is directed against order of detention dated 18.06.2020 passed by the respondent No.1 - Additional Director General of Police, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 3(1) of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as "the NDPS Act").
