JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in connection with C.R.No.11210055201566 of 2020 registered with Salabatpura Police Station, Dist: Surat City for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506(2) and 144 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 06.11.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through Video Conference.
