(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicant - Accused under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of Regular Bail in connection with I-C.R. No.11213042200115 of 2020 registered with Padadhari Police Station, Rajkot for the offences punishable under Sections 306 , 506(2) , 114 of IPC and Sections 3, 55, 34 of Gujarat Money Lenders Act.
