JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.

(2.) Pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.2197/2019 to the effect that the present applicant can file fresh application after a period of three months, the present successive application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.I-7 of 2019 registered with Mavsari Police Station, District Banaskantha for offence under Sections 306 , 504 , 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66A of the I.T.Act Act,.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
