JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11204025200885 of 2020 registered with Kheda Town Police Station, Kheda for the offences punishable under Sections 65(e), 67(a), 98(2) and 81 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2020.
