JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for the respondents.

(2.) With the consent of learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) According to the petitioners, they were initially appointed as Daily Wagers and whey they retired upon reaching the age of superannuation on 31.7.2012 and 31.12.2017 respectively, the respondent authority did not consider initial 10 years of their service for the purpose of calculating pension and other retiral benefits and therefore, present petition.
