JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11184006200380 of 2020 registered with Kawant Police Station, Dist. Chhotaudepur for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a), 65(e), 81, 83, 116-B and 98(2) of the Prohibition Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
