(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11215039200211 of 2020 registered with Virsad Police Station, Dist. Anand for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(3), 328 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, 17 and 18 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2020.
