(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicant - Accused under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of Regular Bail in connection with I-C.R. No.11216006200017 of 2020 registered with Chiloda Police Station, Gandhinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 and 114 of IPC.
