(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R. No.11195035200363 of 2020 registered with Palanpur Taluka Police Station, Dist. : Banaskantha for the offences punishable under Sections 65A, 65E, 116B, 81, 83 and 98(2) of the Gujarat Prohibition Act.
