JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ms. Shivangi Vyas, learned advocate has submitted that she has instructions to appear on behalf of original complainant. She is permitted to file her appearance in the Registry. Registry is directed to accept the same.

(2.) RULE. Ms. Maithili D. Mehta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent - State. Ms. Shivangi Vyas, learned advocate waives service of Rule on behalf of the original complainant.

The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being, I - 64 of 2019 registered with Jamnagar Panch - A Division Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 419 , 420 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 120B , 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
