JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11205044200102 of 2020 registered with the Padhar Police Station, Kutch West - Bhuj for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a) and 65(e) of the Prohibition Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
