JUDGEMENT

(1.) The subject matter of this group of applications is C.R. I No.178 of 2018 registered with the Nikol Police Station, Ahmedabad City for the offences punishable under Sections 384 , 387 , 507 , 114 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5 , 42 and 33(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

(2.) Three applications being Criminal Misc. Applications No.14576 of 2020, 15817 of 2020, 15819 of 2020 and 18549 of 2018 are for quashing of the complaint, with the consent of the complainant and the proceedings arising therefrom.

(3.) Issue notice to the respondents (in above four matters) returnable on 22.12.2020.
