JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11215013200104 of 2020 registered with Khambhat Rural Police Station, Dist. : Anand for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7, 8 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 04.11.2020.
