Challenge in this petition is made to the FIR being CR No.11216001200265 of 2020 registered with the Adalaj Police Station, District : Gandhinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
