JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Razim Zeena, learned advocate for Mr. O.I.Pathan, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms. Moxa Thakkar, learned APP for the respondent State through Video-conferencing.

(2.) In view of the earlier order, learned APP had to take instruction from the concerned Authority regarding ownership and registration number of the vehicle in question.

(3.) Learned APP has submitted that she has received the information from the concerned authority that the Vehicle No. is GJ-27-BN-7400 and it is in the name of present applicant. She has submitted that she will send the report to the Registry in a day or two. Registry is directed to accept the same and place it on record.
