JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned advocate for the applicants states that the matter has already been settled between the parties outside the Court.

(2.) Learned advocate Mr.Hitesh Makwana states that he has an instructions to appear for the original complainant - private respondent(s). He is permitted to file his appearance forthwith. He further states that he has already filed settlement affidavit duly sworn by the original complainant, which is at Annexure-B to the application confirming the settlement.

(3.) Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as learned advocate appearing for the Complainant waive service of Rule on behalf of the respective respondents.
