JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicant Accused under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with the FIR being I-CR No. 11993010200085/2020 registered with Rahpar Police Station, District Kachchh for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a)(e), 116(B) and 81 of the Gujarat Prohibition Act.

(2.) Heard learned Advocate Mr. Pravin Gondalia for the Applicant and learned APP Mr. H.K.Patel for the Respondent State through Video Conference.
