JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in connection with C.R.No.11192061200541 of 2020 registered with Viramgham Town Police Station, Dist: Ahmedabad (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 114 of the Prohibition Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through Video Conferencing.
