JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocates for the respective parties through video conferencing.

(2.) This bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with C. R. No. I - 82 of 2019 registered with Ellisbridge Police Station, Ahmedabad for the offence punishable under Section 379A(3) of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
