(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.I-43 of 2019 registered with Fatehganj Police Station, District Vadodara for offence under Sections 406 , 420 , 465 , 468 and 471 of IPC.
