This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11195050200505 of 2020 registered with Tharad Police Station, Dist : Banaskantha for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a), 65(e), 116-B, 98(2) and 99 of the Prohibition Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 05.11.2020.
