JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two applications are for regular bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Applicant is the same in both the matters. Criminal Misc. Application No.14115 of 2020 is filed in connection with C.R.-I No.1 of 2019 registered with CID Crime Rajkot Zone Police Station, Rajkot City for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Gujarat Protection of Interest of Depositors (in financial establishment) Act, 2003 and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978. Criminal Misc. Application No.13031 of 2020 is in connection with C.R.-I No.6 of 2019 registered with the very same police station / same sections.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court in both matters.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
