JUDGEMENT

(1.) In our order dated 23.01.2020, we had granted six weeks' time to the respondent - State - Service Selection Board to get the answer sheets of English and Gujarati paper to re ?evaluate. Shri J.K. Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader upon instructions states that the exercise is in process and since large number of copies of 3600 are there, as such, four weeks' further time may be granted.

(2.) Considering the nature of work, we grant four weeks' further time to the respondent - Service Selection Board to complete the exercise and submit a report to this Court by the next date.

(3.) List again on 20.04.2020.
