JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail preferred by the present applicant - Thakor Sadjai @ Sardaraji Umedaji in connection with the FIR being I-CR No. 11217006200351 of 2020 registered with Chanasma Police Station, Banaskantha.

(3.) Today, the Court has heard learned advocate Mr. Chaudhary and learned APP Ms. Mehta. It is submitted that the injured is already discharged from the hospital on 30.04.2020. There is no antecedent of the present applicant. It appears that the rest of accused have already been granted regular bail by the trial Court on 05.05.2020 and therefore, on the ground of parity, this matter is pursued.
