(1.) Leave to amend the cause title. Amendement be carried out forthwith.

This bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with an offence being C.R.No.1119104200362 of 2020 registered with Ellisbridge Police Station, Ahmedabad for the offence punishable under Sections 406 , 420 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 409 , 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
