JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Mr.Hardik Soni, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of Respondent-State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.11207061200276/2020 registered with Shahera Police Station, District: Panchmahal for the offence punishable under Sections 363 , 366 , 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5(L), 6 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
