JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned APP Ms. Maithili Mehta, waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No.11216008200006 of 2020 registered with Sector-7 Police Station, Gandhinagar, for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of the I. T. Act.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
