(2.) This bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with an offence being C.R.No.11197057200408 of 2020 registered with Waghodia Police Station, Vadodara for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 392 and 114 of IPC.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant by video conferencing submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
