JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.-I No.316 of 2020 (online No.11206008200577 of 2020) registered with Becharaji Police Station, Dist. : Mehsana for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2020.
