JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11823026200142 of 2020 registered with Aamletha Police Station, District : Narmada for the offences punishable under Sections 363 , 366 , 376 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
