JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11187001200472 of 2020 registered with Bakor Police Station, Mahisagar for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicants and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
