(1.) Rule. Shri Dharmesh Devnani, learned APP waives service of Rule for the respondent - State.

The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.11203070200364/2020 registered with Visavadar Police Station, District Junagadh for offence under Sections 377 (376), 511 of the IPC and Sections 8, 12 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
