(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR No.11198003200428 of 2020 registered with Alang-Marin Police Station, Dist. Bhavnagar for the offence punishable under Sections 454, 380 and 114 of IPC.
