JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S.S. Saiyed, learned advocate for the applicant, Ms. Moxa Thakkar, learned APP for the Respondent State and Mr. Imran Pathan, learned advocate for the complainant- respondent No.2 through video-conferencing.

(2.) Considering the short dispute involved as also the settlement between the parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) An F.I.R. came to be registered at Santrampur Police Station, Mahisagar being C.R.No.I- 89 of 2019.
