JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of respondent-State.

(2.) This bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with an offence being Prohibition C.R.No.11211015200040 of 2020 registered with Dhrangadhara City Police Station, Surendranagar for the offence punishable under Sections 65(A)(E) , 81 and 116(B) of the Prohibition Act.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant by video conferencing submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
