JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr.Gautam Joshi assisted by learned advocate Mr.Vyom Shah for the applicants and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Soaham Joshi for the respondent - State through video conference.

(2.) By this application, the applicants, who are original petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs.

(3.) Learned Senior Advocate Mr.Gautam Joshi assisted by learned advocate Mr. Vyom Shah submitted that the petitioners have prayed for the regularization of their services in the petition. He submitted that the applicants have discharged the services as teachers on Honorarium as per the Government Resolution dated 21st December 2015. Mr. Joshi pointed out that by G.R. dated 17th March 2020, the Government Resolution dated 21st December 2015 is extended till 31st March 2021.
