JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Ms. Nisha Thakor, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking regular bail in connection with FIR being I-C.R. No.11204028200186 of 2020 registered with Kapadwanj Rural Police Station, District: Kheda, for the offence punishable under Sections 65 (a) and (e), 67A, 81, 98(2) and 99 of the Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949.
