JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 23.06.2020 this Court passed the following order: -

(2.) Pursuant to which, today, the corpus is brought before this Court. The corpus through video conference was kept present at General Hospital, Palanpur attached with Banas Medical College and Research Institute.

(3.) We have heard the Executive Officer looking after the college and hospital and Dr. Samia Mansuri, the gynecologist treating the Corpus at the hospital. We have also heard through video conferencing Mr. Duggal, the Superintendent of Police, District Banaskantha at Palanpur, Mr. Molavi learned advocate appearing for the applicant and his wife and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Manan Mehta for the State.
