JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

(3.) The passport issued to the petitioner has expired. The application for its renewal was made by the petitioner and by the letter Annexure - F to the petition, certain information has been sought from the petitioner. The petitioner has been called upon to furnish explanation with court's judgement and court's permission.
