This bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with an offence being C.R.No.11195030200099 of 2020 registered with Mavsari Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 65 A E, 116(B), 81 and 98(2) of the Gujarat Prohibition Act.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant by video conferencing submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
