JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. L. B. Dabhi waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent State.

(2.) The petitioner has filed this application seeking to invoke extra ordinary jurisdiction to this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, mainly supervisory jurisdiction to release the muddamal vehicle- Maruti Suzuki Wagon R VXI bearing RTO registration No. GJ-01-HP-9268 in connection with the FIR being CR NO. 11209014200956 of 2020 registered with Gambhoi Police Station, District - Sabarkantha for the offence punishable under Sections 65(A)(E), 116(B) and 98(2) of the Gujarat Prohibition Act.

(3.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Hardik Raval for the petitioner and learned APP Mr. L. B. Dabhi on behalf of the Respondent State of Gujarat through video conference.
