(1.) Rule. Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned APP waives service of Rule for the respondent - State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.I ?62 of 2019 registered with Odhav Police Station for offence under Sections 307 , 294(b) , 506(2) and 114 of the IPC.
