(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11208051200167 of 2020 registered with "B" Division Police Station, Rajkot City for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
