JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Premal S. Rachh, learned advocate for the applicants, Ms. Krina Calla, ld. APP for the respondent - State through Video Conferencing. Mr. Nandish Thakkar, learned advocate stated that, he has received instructions to appear for respondent No.2 - original complainant and shall file his Vakalatnama before the Registry and the same shall be taken on record.

(2.) Rule. Learned advocates appearing for the respective respondents waive service of Rule on behalf of the respective respondents.

(3.) Considering the issue involved in the present petition and with consent of the learned advocates for both the respective parties as well as considering the fact that the dispute amongst the applicants and respondent No.2 has been resolved amicably, present petition is taken up for its disposal forthwith.
