(2.) This bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with an offence being C. R. No. 11823026200079 of 2020 registered with Aamletha Police Station, Narmada for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
