JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned APP Ms. Jhaveri waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No.11216008200006/2020 registered with Sector - 7 Police Station, Gandhinagar for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of the IT Act.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
