JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No. 11213068200382 of 2020 registered with the Vinchhiya Police Station, District : Rajkot Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5, 40, 42(a) and 42(d) of the Gujarat Money Lenders Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court vide order dated 06.11.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
