JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned APP Ms. Jhaveri waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No.I ?81/2019 registered with Katwara Police Station for offence under Sections 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the GP Act.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
