JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11193003201639 of 2020 registered with Amreli City Police Station, Amreli for the offences punishable under Sections 193, 196, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 472, 475, 177 etc. of the Indian Penal Code.
